Our Journey

The Polokwane Sleep Centre Story

The Polokwane Sleep Centre was established to address a critical gap in healthcare services across Limpopo. For too long, patients in the region had to travel to Gauteng or Pretoria for specialised sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment — a significant burden on patients and families alike.

We set out to change that. With investment in world-class diagnostic equipment, a team of trained sleep technologists, and a commitment to patient-centred care, we built Limpopo's premier sleep medicine facility right here in Polokwane.

Today, we serve patients from across the Limpopo region — and we recently expanded to Botshilu Private Hospital, bringing our expertise to even more communities.

Our Community Commitment

Sleep disorders are massively under-diagnosed in South Africa, particularly in rural and semi-urban communities. We take our role as a community health partner seriously.

Our team participates in health awareness campaigns, school visits, and community education events to raise awareness about the signs of sleep disorders and the importance of treatment.

We also work closely with local GPs, clinics, and hospitals to provide continuing medical education on sleep medicine — ensuring more patients are identified and referred for timely care.
